Mammalian Biotech is conducting a limited series of private dining events introducing Pure Culture products in partnership with a small number of chefs and culinary institutions.
The series is called First Taste.

Format
Each First Taste event accommodates between twenty and thirty-five guests. The format is a multi-course tasting menu in which each course features a single Pure Culture protein. The provenance of each protein is documented and available on request. It is not presented proactively.
No menu is distributed in advance. No descriptions are provided at the table. The experience is designed to allow sensory engagement to precede intellectual framing. This is intentional.
The Proteins
The proteins featured across the First Taste series include species and varieties not commonly available through conventional supply chains. Some are geographically restricted. Some are historically significant. Some present particular textural or flavour characteristics of interest to culinary practitioners working at the boundary of established technique.
Specific proteins featured in individual events are not announced in advance.

Attendance
First Taste events are by invitation only. Invitations are extended directly by Mammalian Biotech and by participating chefs to individuals whose professional or personal context is relevant to the nature of the events.
There is no public application process. There is no waitlist. Events are not announced publicly in advance.
Documentation
Mammalian Biotech produces a single photograph from each event. Guests are neither encouraged nor discouraged from their own documentation. The events are not filmed.
The first event occurred in March. Additional events are planned. Further information is not available.
